Simple and meaningful
from the old testament
When harvest time came, Cain brought some of the fruits of the ground and offered them as an offering to God . 4 Just as Abel offered an offering of the firstlings of his sheep and the fattest ones. So God looked favorably on Abel and his offering. 5 But he did not look favorably on Cain and his offering. So Cain became angry and frustrated. 6 Then God said to Cain, “What made you angry and what made you frustrated?
If you do what is right, shall I not accept you? And if you do not do it, sin is waiting for you at the door. She wants to have rule over you, but you must have rule over it.”
