Upon the group request we need more contributions

I would like to share this point again

it is okay for few mistakes comparing to the problems that is going to solve

so far so good 🙂

while this situation is touchable , it is story telling with good ground

you look at how this group agree and participates in something they do

you do observe and see when there is disagreement (someone has purchased splitter )

the first point we shared many topics to cover it and we will continue on that .

the second point when there is disagreement ( splitter) is when someone from the group did good and form within there is resist for that to get things back to what it was

( there is a side (who buy splitter ) taking all the credits in that effort ),try to bring things back to what it was .

To make it productive

more of situations like that (we had capture one or 2 of these situations ) more of that will help some to wake up and have a little bit better change
