I usually keep things here in frame like we meet with people that is valuable where most of the talk is positive
(Forget the (certain type of people )
I am not laughing at these stuff any more
you can have some people that go on certain organizing way where they become the most of the group you see and the most group meet and this is fake environment it bring all the ideas that want to come from here and spread .

and then we get these play game ,so we add it and it make what we did look awful ,so we gathered these stuff and kept things organized to the best .

FInd what you share with others will help get another prospectives and ideas and another effort that could be better than yours and will help you to go higher , better than make you sink .
