Cooperation between the United Nations Security Council and the Court
<\/strong>1 When the Security Council, acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, decides,
To be referred to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (\u201cProsecutor-General\u201d) pursuant to paragraph (b)

Article 18
Cooperation between the United Nations and the Prosecutor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The United Nations, having regard to its responsibilities and competencies under the Charter of Nations, undertakes
