Trade Organization for Economic Cooperation Agreement ( in English : Economic Cooperation Organization Trade Agreement, known Acronym: ECOTA) is a preferential trade agreement was reached on 17 July 2003 at the Summit of Cooperation Organization for Economic in Islamabad , capital of Pakistan . As of 2008 the ECO Trade Agreement is in effect. As part of the ECO Vision 2025, Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Turkey have agreed to implement a free trade area by 2025.
