we have a guy that native language from middle east but when he introduce him self he said he is from country in east ASIA .
A good eye contact and welcoming is basics for communication
there is an surrounded area where welcoming and helping is part of the job
having person that getting attention near these area but not getting in this area make your focus with who is in surrounded area.
an excuse to make work has uncomfortable conditions .
to meet goals and expecting, your efforts must meet the results .
they will not let you do that in so many ways .
