Cooperation between the United Nations Security Council and the Court
1 When the Security Council, acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, decides,
To be referred to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (“Prosecutor-General”) pursuant to paragraph (b)
of Article 13 of the Statute, a situation in which one or more offenses have apparently been committed
